Morning tour of Dilwara Temple, A Group of Jain temples that originate from the 11th and 13th centuries. They are exquisite carvings in marble and an outstanding example of Jain temple architecture. Achalgrah Fort – an 14th century fort perched on top of a hill and in the midst of picturesque woods, Guru Shikar – its the highest point on the mount and commands a birds eye-view of Abu and the surrounding areas.. In the afternoon enjoy boat ride on Nakki Lake – Nakki means nails by tradition the lake was scratched out by the nails of Gods. Proceed further to Sun Set point – Southwest of Nakki Lake it offers a commanding view of the mountains. Over night at the Mountabu.
In the morning drive to Ranakpur – It is known for its superbly carved Jain temples. Located 90 kms from Udaipur. These temples were built in the 15th century, during the reign of Rana Kumbha. Afternoon drive to Kumbalgarh – a 15th century fort with some interesting temples within and a panoramic view of the surrounding valley. A wild life sanctuary spreads over 500 sq.kms. On arrival check in at the hotel and Overnight at the Kumbalgarh.
In the morning drive to Udaipur (60 kms) The “City of Lakes” is perhaps one of the most romantic and beautiful cities in India. Enroute visit Nathdwara – it is a popular Hindu pilgrimage site. The important 18th century shrine of Shri Nathji or Lord Krishna has a black marble status it is more than 600 years old and was brought from Mathura in 1669 to protect the status from the fanatic hands of Aurangzeb. . On arrival transfer to the hotel. Evening free for boating. Over night at Udaipur.
Full day tour of Udaipur visiting City Palace – The largest palace complex of Rajasthan, Jagdish Temple – built by Maharana Jagat Singh and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, Sehelion-KI-Bari, Bhartiya Lok kala Museum – a museum of folk and art, it displays a rich collection of folk dresses, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls, folk music instrument and the Shilpa Gram. Overnight at hotel.
Today after breakfast drop at Udaipur railway station / airport for your onward journey.
